Bro. Charles E. Walton , President of Gamma Kappa Sigma Alumni Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. receives Charter returning all right and privileges to the organization.

It is hereby certified that the following named persons are authorized to establish an Alumni Chapter of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., in Henderson, North Carolina:

Rodney T. McNeill, L. M. Battan, Dr. R. A. Somerville, Samuel Whitaker, Robert E. Stitt, R. A. Lewis, William E. Jones. 

 

Said Chapter shall be designated the Gamma Kappa Sigma Alumni Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and shall be subject to the Laws and Regulations of the General Fraternity. 

 

In Witness whereof, we the duly authorized Officers of the Board of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., in the City of Washington. District of Columbia have affixed our signatures, this 1st day of March, 1954.

Members of Gamma Kappa Sigma Alumni Chapter pledge fidelity to Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. The pledge grants the members all privilege's of the fraternity, which the Charter represents.
